Job summary

Lake City Care Center, part of Ebenezer’s senior living network, is hiring a HouseKeeper to support a 90-resident facility in Lake City, MN. The role involves daily housekeeping tasks across resident rooms and public areas, and requires adherence to safety procedures and communication standards.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year experience in cleaning, customer service or similar environment
• 1 year of experience in cleaning, customer service or similar environment

Responsibilities

• Performs all housekeeping duties consistent with daily assignment sheet
• Vacuums, mops, windows, glass doors, etc.
• Cleans public areas, resident rooms and restrooms
• Maintains housekeeping cart and closet and replenishes supplies throughout community as needed
• Assists with emergency spills and wears protective equipment as required
• Assists with grounds clean up when requested
• Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors
• Must be able to understand and follow communications related to policies/procedures/safety sheets
• Other duties include but is not limited to: room changes, cleaning wheel chairs and assisting with special events
