The role involves supervising officers, coordinating with the account manager, and ensuring delivery of quality security services.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle crisis situations calmly while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or 5 years' equivalent.
• Must communicate effectively with all levels and use initiative within guidelines.
• Must prepare reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required.
• Drivers: valid license, clean record, and insurability per policy.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use client-site wireless tech.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and provide exceptional customer service.
