Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor in Nashville, TN. The role oversees on-site security operations, personnel, training, scheduling, and contract compliance to deliver high-quality service for the client.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and either supervisory security experience or relevant military/police background. A State license and 18+ years old are required, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have one of the following: military service, Auxiliary Police, or at least 1 year of verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Be at least 18 (21 if armed).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as per post orders.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Recommend updates to security post orders and surveys.

Wendesday through Sunday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Site Supervisor in Nashville, Tennessee. The general purpose and function of the Site Supervisor encompasses the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal®. personnel assigned to his/her site)
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders)
• Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision.
• Respond to client requests
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates in regard to the performance of their duties
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management
• Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders
• Make recommendations concerning disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel

Qualifications (must Have)

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess one or more of the following:
  • Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
  • Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
  • Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
  • Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
• Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
• Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
