Cascadia Healthcare seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise staff, monitor residents, and develop long-term care plans. You will administer medications, follow federal and state guidelines, and coordinate with families and physicians to ensure top-quality care.

Applicants must have current RN licensure in the state and CPR certification, with long-term care experience preferred. This full-time day shift position emphasizes compliance with HIPAA and nursing standards.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with current state RN licensure.
• Six months of long-term care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Provide highest quality patient care to residents/patients.
• Document care and resident status promptly in medical records.
• Communicate with resident’s physician and care team.
• Complete nursing documentation: assessments, orders, progress notes, flowsheets, consents.
• Administer medications as ordered and monitor responses.
• Maintain narcotic records and ensure safe medication practices.
• Initiate emergency measures when needed and support CPR as required.
