Job summary

Cascadia Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise staff, monitor residents, and implement individualized care plans in a long-term care setting. The RN will administer medications, complete comprehensive documentation, and coordinate with physicians to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Responsibilities include ensuring HIPAA compliance, maintaining accurate records, and participating in emergency care when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and monitors residents to ensure high-quality care.
• Documents care provided and resident status promptly in medical records.
• Communicates with residents' physicians and care teams.
• Administers medications as prescribed and maintains accurate narcotic records.
• Completes nursing documentation including assessments, orders, progress notes and care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and assists with CPR as needed.
• Ensures compliance with clinical policies and procedures and state regulations.
