Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop individualized care plans with the patient and designated care partners, ensuring alignment with cultural beliefs and values.

You will collaborate with inter-professional teams, apply evidence-based practice, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. A valid RN license and BLS/AHA certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and how to collaborate with patients, families, and care partners.
• Cultural awareness in caring for diverse populations.
• Effective communication concepts and ability to convey information clearly.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and post-discharge needs.

Responsibilities
