Job summary

Fairfield Senior Living & Rehabilitation LLC in Fairfield, IL is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. This part-time position offers hourly wages and shift differentials tailored to night and weekend shifts.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to update care plans while maintaining documentation in PCC and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification required by policy.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, infection control, and resident safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions accurately.
• Identify changes and report promptly to physicians and team.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with the team.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff within scope of licensure.
• Document care in PCC and other records timely.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA policies.
