Job summary

Wellstar Health System seeks a Registered Nurse to join the patient care team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, acting as a liaison between patient, family, and providers.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with emphasis on performance improvement, confidentiality, safety and shared governance. RN licensure and BLS are required. Join us to deliver compassionate care within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current and valid RN license in the U.S.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and evaluate patient conditions and plans of care.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient flow and satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and professional growth.
• Mentor junior staff and uphold patient- and family-centered care.
