Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the patient care team. The RN will assist with assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, collaborating with the care team to promote high-quality, compassionate services.

The position is Monday–Friday, between 7:30am and 4:00pm with rotating call. Requires active RN license and BLS; emphasis on patient-centered care, confidentiality, safety and ongoing professional growth.

Qualificações

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications required upon hire (BLS, RN).

Responsabilidades

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates patient conditions and assists with care plans.
• Delivers care according to policies and coordinates with the patient care team.
• Maintains documentation of patient assessments, changes in condition, and care delivered.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and supports shared governance.
