Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, Missouri is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our full-time Day Shift.

You will deliver high-quality nursing care, complete assessments, develop care plans, administer medications and IV therapy, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation/long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Passion for resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document resident care accurately in the EMR.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.
