Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, MO is hiring a full-time Day Shift LPN. You will provide compassionate nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Required: MO LPN license, graduation from an accredited program, and BLS/CPR. Prior long-term care experience is a plus. We offer competitive pay, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Current, active Missouri LPN license.
Current BLS/ CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, assisted living, or hospital nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions within your scope of practice.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.
Perform nursing assessments and assist with developing and updating individualized care plans.
Document resident care in the EMR.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the healthcare team.
Supervise and support CNAs.
Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
