Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, MO is hiring for Day Shift Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). We seek compassionate, dependable clinicians to join a day shift team delivering resident-centered care in a modern facility.

Qualifications include Missouri RN or LPN license, CPR/BLS, and experience in skilled nursing or related settings. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and a supportive leadership team focused on growth and education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program.
• Current, active Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, or senior living is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the nursing team.
• Passion for providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents during the day shift.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately.
• Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident condition.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
• Supervise CNAs and delegate nursing tasks appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and procedures.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned.
