Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring at the KC-StateLine store in Missouri to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure fast checkout experiences.

You’ll participate in truck unload, stock shelves, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, can stand for long periods, and are comfortable with store operations such as BOPIS, SFS, and planogram compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, accurate checkout and cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Support omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
