Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Detroit Lakes, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living tasks and ensure dignity and safety.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and activities, while following dementia care protocols and DHS background requirements. Flexible shifts and supportive team environment offered.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Must be 18 years or older; CNA license may be required per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming support.
• Feeding assistance for residents.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors with dignity.
• Transfer and mobility assistance including mechanical lifts.
• Medication administration and treatments as directed.
• End of life care support.
• Meal preparation, activities, daily housekeeping and laundry.
