Qualifications

• BSN required and Illinois RN license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC as needed by department.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient status at admission and throughout care.
• Plan, implement and revise individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure safe, evidence-based outcomes.
• Educate patients and families; ensure continuity of care at discharge.
