Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Virginia RN license or valid Multistate Compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital nursing experience.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality outcomes.
