Job summary

RightStone in Hanover Park is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Record Center Specialist to support daily operations with a consistent day shift.

You will use RF scanners, move boxes up to 100 lbs, load pallets, and stage shipments for outbound delivery. This is a 3-month temp-to-hire contract on W2 with full-time weekday hours.

The role emphasizes physical work in a warehouse environment, safety footwear requirement, and English literacy to read orders and labels.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs on a regular basis.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs.
• English reading and writing to follow orders and labels.
• Must meet safety footwear ASTM F2413-11 with slip resistance.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld RF scanners to locate and log files, binders, tapes, and archives.
• Physically move storage boxes and pallets across concrete floors.
• Load and unload materials using hand trucks and pallet jacks for outbound dispatch.
• Stage pallets and assist in truck loading for delivery.
