Job summary

ProSource Industries seeks a Quality Control Inspector for day shift to inspect metal and plastic enclosures throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet drawings, specifications, and ISO 9001 standards. You will document results and support continuous improvement with the QA team.

You will need at least 2 years in a manufacturing QC role, the ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quality control in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in using calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of enclosures.
• Verify product specifications with measuring tools.
• Review engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Document non-conformances and escalate as needed.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and QA documentation.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and collaborate with teams.
• Assist audits with data and reports.
• Follow safety protocols on the production floor.
• Potential overtime as production requires.
