Job summary

Perricone Juices, in partnership with Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company, seeks a QA Supervisor to lead the QA team on the Fort Pierce production floor. You will oversee in-process testing, hold/release decisions, and sanitation verification while ensuring compliance with SQF, GMP, FDA regulations, and customer audit standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold product quality and safety in a fast-paced beverage facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree or technical certification in food science, microbiology, chemistry, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive QA experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment; 1–2 years in a lead/supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, and FDA regulations; HACCP/PCQI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and direct daily QA staff across shifts.
• Review and approve hold/release decisions on non-conforming product; escalate deviations.
• Coordinate CCP monitoring and verification with HACCP team; ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready QA records and calibration logs.
• Support QMS, CAPA, and corrective actions; assist with supplier quality efforts.
