Coastal Sunbelt Produce is seeking a QA Supervisor to oversee QA techs and ensure production rooms meet FSQA program requirements and food safety standards. You will coordinate with VP of Operations, President, and FSQA leadership to resolve issues and safeguard product integrity.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in food manufacturing with FSQAs, strong problem solving, and supervisory skills. This on-site role requires collaboration with site leaders and maintenance teams.

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily walk-through of assigned areas to check the work of direct reports and the quality of the product.
• Review programs and checks completed from Direct Reports daily for quality issues and resolve concerns or issues accordingly.
• Ensure food safety policies are being upheld per SQF/FDA/USDA requirements.
• Communicate quality issues to site leadership and FSQA leadership.
• Supervise and review rework of distressed/damaged products in value-added rooms.
