Niagara Bottling in Jacksonville, FL seeks a QA/Production Leader to oversee raw material blending, mineral batch creation, and laboratory testing to ensure product quality. The role drives adherence to GMP, audits, and safety protocols with a focus on continuous improvement.

The position requires significant experience in manufacturing environments, leadership of teams, and a strong commitment to quality systems and process optimization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Quality, Biological Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s Degree in Food Science, Quality, Biological Sciences, Engineering or related field (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Oversees blending of raw materials to product mineral batches according to company standards.
• Oversees laboratory duties including microbiological testing of finished product and environmental monitoring.
• Ensures quality systems are adhered to and maintained at all times; conducts root cause/corrective action investigations.
• Leads safety team activities; monitors and enforces safety requirements.
• Backs up QA Manager in tasks related to food safety and food quality when Manager is out.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance as an essential function.
