Job summary

You will coordinate with Production and Sanitation, assist in internal audits, and support pest control and sanitation programs while maintaining organized QA records and procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQF, USDA, GMP, CCP, HACCP, SSOPs and SOPs.
• Proficient with standard business software.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations for QA and food safety compliance.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to regulations.
• Complete QA inspection forms promptly.
• Maintain QA documentation and files.
• Assist in internal audits of processes and facilities.
• Support pest control and sanitation programs.
• Work on the plant floor aligning with QA procedures.
• Coordinate with Production and Sanitation on sanitation schedules.
• Participate in QA council meetings and trainings.
• Assist management to ensure GMP and QA standards.
