International Flavors and Fragrances in Dayton, NJ is seeking a production planning professional for an onsite day-shift role. You will review plans, convert orders, and coordinate between Customer Service, Raw Materials, QC, and Production to meet ship dates.

The role emphasizes SAP ERP proficiency, strong MS Office skills, and rigorous data accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Collaboration across supply chain drives continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, PP modules) or similar ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience prioritizing work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven setting.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate across Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Review planning reports, create STOs, and convert planned orders to process orders aligned with customer ship dates.
• Consolidate and optimize process orders, including consumption of available blocked stock.
• Schedule manufacturing activities based on equipment availability and delivery requirements.
• Identify material shortages and proactively communicate issues to ensure rapid resolution.
• Print, review, and maintain shop floor documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper prioritization.
• Coordinate purchase orders and schedules with outside toll manufacturers, including invoice and GRIR monitoring.
