Job summary

Bel Brands in Brookings, SD, is seeking a Process Sanitation Machine Operator to ensure clean, inspected, and sanitized equipment for the next production shift. You will stock and maintain a clean production area while operating machines as directed by Supervisors.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 1+ years of experience in process cleaning and chemical handling. Training will be provided to perform tasks safely in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in process cleaning and chemical handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the production floor at shift start to ensure cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize molding, brining, demolding, and associated rooms.
• Clean floors, walls, belts, tables, and conveyors throughout the shift.
• Maintain basic production documentation and perform equipment checks.
• Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures and assist in other plant areas as needed.
