Job summary

PFG Manufacturing in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Sanitation Associate to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment during the 8:00pm–4:30am shift.

You will perform general janitorial tasks in dry, cooler, and freezer areas, follow health and safety policies, and handle cleaning chemicals as directed.

This role supports America’s food distribution system and may require pallet jack operation and safety training completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 6+ months general sanitation, cleaning and/or janitorial work experience.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety policies in all tasks.
• Report unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
• Clean duties: dust, sweep, mop, trash pickup.
• Handle cleaning chemicals as directed.
• Complete assigned safety training on time.
• Operate pallet jack to move refuse as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
