Job summary

Staff Perm, LLC is seeking a Print Processing Specialist for the first shift in a fast-paced environment in Monterey Park, CA. You will manage reject decisioning, sorting, and processing of non-standard transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client instructions and productivity standards.

The role requires 1 year of document processing or data entry experience, a high school diploma or GED, proficient computer skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team while lifting up

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and audit trails.
• Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making.
• Header batched items with control documents and processing header.
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning as per client instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and meet department performance standards.
• Assist with training as needed.
