Job summary

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and educate patients and families for post‑discharge care.

The role prioritizes patient safety, adherence to evidence‑based protocols, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree is required.
• RN license is required.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• PALS within 90 days of hire for pediatrics.
• Oncology certification/chemo provider card within 6 months of hire.
• NRP within 6 months for Women’s Care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and design individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and adjust care as needed.
• Coordinate patient care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Document care accurately and adhere to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
