Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is hiring a maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repair of plant machinery at our Texas facilities. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations and assist with preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires following safety procedures, documenting maintenance, and communicating equipment conditions clearly while working in a team-focused, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the capability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance tools, and shop practices.
• Ability to safely follow procedures, instructions, and safety standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in an operational environment.
• Openness to learning, skill development, and adapting to changing priorities.
