Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Plant Maintenance Mechanic I to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations across our sites in North Carolina. You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and inspect machinery to identify maintenance needs before production impact.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read schematics and manuals, and teamwork to support reliability improvements
