Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a maintenance technician to inspect, repair, and service mobile and stationary equipment at our New Braunfels, TX site, performing preventive maintenance and keeping accurate service records while upholding safety protocols.

Under guidance from experienced teammates, you will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and learn to use hand and power tools safely, contributing to reliable operations and a safe work environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mobile and stationary equipment.


• Perform routine preventive maintenance to help keep equipment operating safely and reliably.


• Learn to diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues with guidance from experienced team members.


• Use hand and power tools safely while following established maintenance and safety procedures.


• Maintain accurate service records and help keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
