Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient setting in a 372-bed acute care hospital. Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shift 07:00–17:30, 8 hours per shift. Must have active state PTA license, BLS, and at least one year of experience in neurology and orthopedics, with outpatient clinic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active state PTA license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in neurology and orthopedics.
• Outpatient clinic work setting experience preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform adaptive devices assessments and limitations screening.
• Conduct gait training and use therapeutic exercises.Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Documentation of evaluations, goals, care plans, and re-assessments.
• Manage time and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
