Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide therapy services in an outpatient setting. You will support therapists, assist with mobility and independence, and help implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey PTA license.
• BLS certification.
• at least one professional reference.
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient mobility and independence recovery, support therapists, and help implement treatment plans.
• Work 36 hours weekly, primarily 12-hour day shifts, with no on‑call duties.
