Northern Nevada Health System's Quail Surgical and Pain Management Center in Reno, NV is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse for a full-time, day-shift position. The RN will provide direct patient care across the lifespan, collaborating with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and assist in maintaining surgical equipment and pain-management inventory.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada RN license required or pending license transfer.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred or required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care to infants through geriatric patients in the OR.
• Communicates with surgeon and anesthesiologist about patient condition.
• Maintains surgical equipment and pain management inventory; ensures readiness for cases.
• Participates in performance improvement activities.
