Inova Loudoun Ambulatory Surgery Center in Leesburg, VA is seeking a full-time Operating Room RN for day shifts. The role emphasizes scrub and circulating duties, patient advocacy, and maintaining sterile conditions.

Qualificações

• One-year operating room nursing experience is required.
• Two or more years of adult scrub and/or circulating experience in an ASC is highly desired.
• Ability to function in both OR and Endoscopy environments.
• Current RN license in Virginia and BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Circulate and scrub surgical procedures including GI/Endo.
• Maintain sterile environment during procedures.
• Communicate between surgical team and external staff.
• Record counts of sponges and sharps as required.
• Complete intra-operative documentation.
• Advocate for the patient during the stay.
• Assist with room turnover and sterile supplies preparation.
