Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Active New Hampshire RN license as required.
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association).
• Experience in inpatient nursing or designated unit.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in a designated inpatient area.
• Develops and revises care plans based on patient needs.
• Gathers data via history and physical assessment for care planning.
• Documents patient progress and interventions.
• Directs and supervises delegated nursing activities.
• Educates patients and families about care plans post-discharge.
• Administers medications and manages resources.
