Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Three years of professional nursing experience.
• Current RN license or valid temporary permit with Texas Board of Nursing or Texas Compact.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily management of unit activities and staff supervision.
• Develop staff schedules for optimal coverage and service.
• Direct supervision of time, attendance, and patient care activities.
• Ensure compliance with Parkland, Joint Commission, and department rules.
