Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Current Iowa nursing license or eligibility by hire date.
• 1–3 years of clinical practice with management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
