Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Welder for a fast-paced fabrication shop in Indiana. You will translate blueprints into structural steel, measure, cut, and fit components, and perform MIG welds to tight tolerances.

The role emphasizes precision, safety, and teamwork in a hands-on environment. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with some overtime potential; pay is $20/hour and employees may work 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• HSD/GED preferred.
• MIG welding experience preferred.
• Sharp eye for blueprints and a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical know-how.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet in a hands-on shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Turning blueprints into real, structural steel.
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting components with precision.
• Running MIG welds that hold up to the highest standards.
• Assembling steel frames like a pro.
• Handling grinders, torches, saws, and other fabrication tools.
• Inspecting and perfecting your work — quality over shortcuts.
