Qualifications

• MIG welding experience on steel; TIG a plus.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately
• Knowledge of heat settings and wire speeds per material
• Read and follow blueprints and engineering drawings in English
• Own basic hand tools
• Reliable and able to work full shifts on your feet

Responsibilities

• MIG welds on steel parts and frames.
• Read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Operate grinders, drills, saws, and other shop tools.
• Keep jobs moving on schedule with the team.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean.
• Operate production machinery and hand tools as needed.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Complete paperwork including weekly timesheets and material order sheets.
• Work from prints to manufacture parts.
