Qualifications

• Medication certification required per state requirements.
• QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, and Nurse Delegation credentials preferred.
• English language skills (read, write, speak) required or essential.

Responsibilities

• Attends to residents’ personal care needs in a timely manner.
• Provides personal care services (bathing, dressing, meals, laundry) with attention to individual needs.
• Reports care needs to supervisor and documents changes.
• Administers prescribed medications with RN/LPN oversight and proper documentation.
• Maintains communication with staff and families about resident issues.
• Restocks medications and completes work orders as needed.
• Participates in monthly staff meetings and other assigned duties.
