All American Assisted Living at Warwick is seeking a licensed Medication Aide to administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and monitor residents for changes. You will document care, follow nursing directions, and communicate with nurses, families, and pharmacies to ensure safe, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Rhode Island Nursing Assistant license.
• Current and valid Rhode Island Medication Aide license.
• Both licenses must be active and in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per Rhode Island license and provider orders.
• Observe residents before, during, and after medication administration.
• Document medications administered, withheld, or refused.
• Maintain medication carts and storage areas.
• Follow infection-control and medication-safety procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Communicate concerns to supervising nurse and team.
