Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care required.
• Active RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Assess patients thoroughly and document findings; report changes.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures as qualified.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Document care thoroughly in the medical record.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
