Job summary

Senneca Holdings is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker with proven forklift experience to support daily operations in our Minnesota facility. This is a hands-on, on-site role with broad responsibilities across receiving, material movement, production support and shipping. Core schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

– 4:30 p.m. The ideal candidate will safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment, read work orders, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while supporting inventory

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, or related experience preferred.
• Experience reading work orders and shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and products.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler).
• Store, move, pick, and stage materials to support production and customer shipments.
• Read and interpret work orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace (5S).
• Support material flow through production, including basic assembly and component handling as needed.
