Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is hiring a Material Handler in Decatur, TN. The role involves moving, storing, and managing materials for transformers, ensuring on-time shipments and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with a focus on efficient inventory control and accurate documentation. The ideal candidate has HS diploma, forklift experience, and OSHA10 certification, along with a strong safety record and teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year of material handling equipment experience preferred (forklift, crane).
• WMS experience preferred.
• OSHA10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, and manage materials to support production and distribution.
• Pull orders from inventory and stage finished product for shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain clean work areas.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials and document transactions.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits.
