Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience supervising two or more people and multiple teams.
• Preference for supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of two years in manufacturing with knowledge of processes and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Apply policies and procedures regarding performance, quality, safety and personnel management.
• Develop personnel through hiring, training, performance management and coaching.
• Coach and support team members to achieve department goals.
• Promote a safety-first culture and model safe working habits.
• Communicate safety topics and protocols daily and support maintenance needs.
• Develop understanding of customer product requirements to ensure quality and productivity.
• Establish production standards and communicate them clearly.
• Provide regular production metrics and efficiency reports.
• Identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans.
• Support sales by responding to order inquiries and discrepancies; perform timekeeping and production documentation.
