SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Production Supervisor provides work direction to workers and supervises team leaders performing production activities in a manufacturing environment. With the Plant Manager, coordinates all activities required to ensure production goals are met. ++This shift is from 2pm to 11pm.++

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises production team leaders and coordinates the scheduling of people, materials, and equipment.


• Ensures compliance to company and safety policies and procedures.


• Works with various departments to assure proper inventory levels are produced and maintained.


• Provides input to performance reviews and disciplinary actions.


• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment ensuring that safety and housekeeping standards are met in the factory.


• Maintains product quality standards, ensuring a high level of work performance by team members.


• Provides training as necessary.


• Enforces policies and work rules in a fair and consistent manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Authorized to work in the U.S.


• High School Degree or equivalent required.


• College Education in related field desirable.


• Minimum of seven (7) years production-related experience.


• Proficient with MS Office applications.


• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment desirable.
