Job summary

U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate to assemble, inspect, and package products for a fast-paced environment. The role starts at 7:00 a.m. and runs Monday through Friday, with a 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m. schedule. You will report to the production lead and strive to meet quality and efficiency goals while maintaining a safe workspace. Candidates should have basic manufacturing knowledge, tool handling skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Ability to measure, cut, strip, terminate, label, and package materials.
• Attention to detail in inspection and documentation.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Communication and teamwork skills; follow directions and report concerns.
• Reliability, time management, and adaptability for repetitive tasks.
• Experience coordinating with production or manufacturing teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the workstation and start work at 7:00 a.m.
• Assemble products per work instructions, drawings, specs, and customer requirements.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Measure, cut, strip, terminate, label, and package materials as assigned.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects.
• Report quality concerns, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
• Meet production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Maintain a clean, 6S-compliant workstation.
• Handle tools, equipment, components, and products properly.
• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist other production areas as needed.
• Follow instructions from leads/supervisors.
