Job summary

Intermountain Electronics (IE) is hiring a General Laborer for the Price, Utah Loudermilk Facilities. Work dayshift, 6:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday with every other Friday off, under close supervision to support daily production operations.

Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing equipment, assembling/disassembling, maintaining tools, and keeping the shop organized while meeting safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or prior experience in electrical, mechanical, or panel assembly preferred.
• Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and crimpers.
• Capable of operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other shop equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• General Duties.
• Clean and prepare equipment to meet or exceed the FOD requirements during final stages of completion before it gets shipped to customer.
• Assemble, install, disassemble, clean, prepare, repair, refurbish, as related to the job.
• Collect and gather garbage and debris inside the facility and outside on facility grounds.
• Help provide organization to the shop floor.
• Use and operate various hand and shop tools.
• Properly care for and maintain tools in good operating condition; ensure tools and equipment are properly stored at the end of each shift.
