Atkore, Louisville, KY, is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Lead for the Day Shift (8:00am–8:00pm) at $31.00 per hour. You will set up machines, track production in the JDE system, mentor Operators, and ensure safety and quality on the floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely and efficiently set up machines for production runs, including adjustments and changeovers.
• Report and verify production totals in the JDE system and aid shift reporting.
• Serve as a manufacturing technical expert for identified processes.
• Manage floor operations and escalate issues to leadership.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality; troubleshoot with support groups.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Mentor Machine Operator levels I-III.
• Read micrometer and OD tape; extrusion operation capability.

Responsibilities
