Job summary

Atkore International in Louisville, KY is hiring a Maintenance Electrician III for a day shift (Monday–Friday) at $43.73/hr on-site in our manufacturing environment.

You will install, maintain, and repair plant electrical equipment, troubleshoot PLC automation, read drawings, and work with a team while following safety and LOTO procedures.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience and MS Office skills; willingness to overtime and on-call duties is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably as an Electrician in a Manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Test, locate and repair trouble in electrical circuits and equipment; repair motors and wiring.
• Proficient with PLC automation; troubleshoot and write code.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and manuals.
• Work in a team with minimal supervision.
• Follow plant safety rules and wear PPE; adhere to LOTO procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions and accidents immediately.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time; be available for call-in duty.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
